I love to keep learning and networking with other people who love photography as well. Female frames is a platform for female photographers and they also organize workations. This year they planned to do a workation in Puglia, Italy. I’ve been there before while on a holiday and I always wanted to shoot there, because of the beautiful places. So when I saw they were planning a workation in Puglia I got excited.
At first I wasn’t sure if I should go, because I already have some experience. But you learn a lot from each other and sometimes it is just a confirmation that you already know a lot. That’s worth something too! And I loved being in a group of girls with the same passion, because you can talk about every succes story or struggle you have had. It’s so nice to know that people understand your struggles or that you recognize yourself in someone else. The group was about 15 girls and in 4 days you get to know each other very well, because we had very deep conversations. I think that’s really special, everyone was so nice to each other and no gossip at all. Everyone helped each other or complimented their work, I reallllyy loved the vibe!
We had workshops, brainstorm sessions & styled shoots, but as a wedding photographer this shoot was my favorite. The location was stunning and the weather was great, the days before it was rainy. So really happy to share some pictures, I’m not done editing yet because all paid shoots had more priority. The only thing about shooting with more people is you see a lot of elbows or cameras in your shot haha 😉 But it is really funny to see how the pictures of the other participants turned out. All such a different edit or angle, even if it was shot at the same time! Everyone is unique in their own way, that’s what makes you a photographer! Here are some of my pics:
